Memorial services for Johnny Felan, forty, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, July 22, 2018, at Lacy Funeral Home Chapel with Matthew De La Cruz officiating. Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home.
Johnny was born in Lockney, Texas on January 27, 1978 to Fred Felan Jr. and Juanita Lopez.
Survivors include his three children, Monique Felan, Alexandria Felan, and Michael Felan; siblings, Silvia De La Cruz, and Connie Felan; two grandchildren; parents, Fred Felan Jr. and Juanita Lopez and several nephews and nieces.
