Six from Stephenville ink National Letters of Intent to play college football

Stephenville coach Greg Winder was presented with a framed and autographed photo of his team running onto the field by this year's College Letter of Intent signers.

Six Yellow Jacket football players inked National Letters of Intent to play the sport they love at the collegiate level in front of a packed house at Jake and Dorthy’s Cafe in Stephenville Monday night.

Nathan Diedrich (Hardin Simmons), Easton Jones (Tarleton State), Kyle Lindsey (Cisco Junior College), Jacob Poston (Mary Hardin Baylor), Zane Walker (UT-Permian Basin) and Lane York (Tarleton State) gathered with family, coaches, friends, and fans to commit to their colleges.
The young men also had a surprise of their own and presented coach Greg Winder with an autographed and framed photo of the 2018 football team coming onto the field.
