Jacksonville, NC – Genevera Rose (nee Blackwood) Hansen, 93, formerly of Stephenville, TX, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, June 10, 2019 at her home in Jacksonville. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 11:00am at Brookwood Baptist Church with the Rev. Ryan Hearn officiating.
She will be buried on Saturday, June 29, 2019, with her husband in Morgan Mill Cemetery, Morgan Mill, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Milton Gayl Hansen.
Survivors include her children, Debera Allen (Norman) of Jacksonville, NC, Gayl Fosco (Carmen) of Chicago, IL, Rebecca Tucker (Glenn) of Mars Hill, NC, Beth Hill (Matt) of Little Rock, AR, Andy Hansen (Gidget) of Stephenville, TX, and Grace Clark (David) of Denison, TX; 27 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
