The Cars and Coffee at the Courthouse group once again had a great turnout this past Saturday. This group meets the first Saturday of each month at the Erath County Courthouse in Stephenville from 7 to 10 a.m. If you are an admirer of fine automobiles or have an automobile that you would like others to see, come on out next month. All are welcome!
Photos 1 and 2 show two 1966 Mustang GT’s that were owned by the late Dale “Jeff” Jefferies. The yellow Mustang is still owned by the family and the ember glow (amber colored) Mustang is now owned by Daniel and Kim Brock. The Brock’s “new” mustang now has 598,000 miles on it but it is in amazing condition. Daniel has been a friend of the late Dale Jefferies since he was a young boy. Daniel said he would ride his bicycle to the Ford dealership after school and talk with Mr. Jefferies and look at cars. Daniel said Mr. Jefferies was a friend and mentor and he had an amazing knowledge of Ford automotive parts from his numerous years of working in the parts department of the business.
