Geraldine Dickerson, 89, of Stephenville, TX., passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2020. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m.,Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at Lacy Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at West End Cemetery.
Geraldine was born in Dallas, Texas on August 21, 1930 to Albert and Lilly Hamilton. She married James Dickerson Jr. in Stephenville, Texas on June 26, 1946, and together they had three children.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Stephenville, Texas.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Kerri Sharp and husband Lane of Stephenville, TX., Brittney Johnson and husband Michael of Austin, TX., Kevin Tatum and wife Sheila of Hamilton, TX., and Sarah Ashley and husband Josh of Abilene, TX.; 10 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Dickerson Jr.; two sons, Michael Dickerson and James Dickerson III; one daughter, Linda Furgason.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donation be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 2630 West Fwy, #100, Fort Worth, Texas, 76102.
