Patsy Sue Harrell, 79, passed away on April 12, 2020 in Dublin, Texas. She was born on December 7, 1940 in Dublin, Texas to her parents James Abraham Fine and Retha Elizabeth Christian. Patsy married her husband James (Jim) P. Harrell on June 13, 1959 in Dublin, Texas and together they had two children. Patsy was a member of the Episcopal Church. She was also a member of the Dublin Public Library, Women’s Thursday Club, and served one term on the D.I.S.D. School Board years ago. Patsy is proceeded in death by her parents James Abraham Fine and Retha Elizabeth Christian, her sisters, Josephine Allen, and Retha Elizabeth Carter, and her brothers James Hendrix, Earl and Morgan Fine.
Patsy Harrell is survived by her husband of 60 years, Jim Harrell of Dublin, Texas, her son and daughter-in-law Andy and Debbie Harrell of Dublin, Texas, her daughter Jennifer Osgood of Austin, Texas, her brother Allen Z. Fine, her sister Billie Gene Mayes of Dublin, Texas, her grandchildren Tyler, Jordane, Jaden, and Noah Harrell of Dublin, Texas and Sam and Sidney Osgood of Austin, Texas and many nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss her greatly.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the members of Mulberry Nursing Home in Stephenville, Texas and Donna Mitchell and Dakota who were very special to Patsy during her stay. They would also like to thank the members of Alpha Omega Hospice Group for all their help.
Graveside service will be held on Monday, April 13, 2020 at the New Dublin Live Oak Cemetery at 3:00 pm.
