Guy is survived by his father, John H. White and wife Lyudmila White; step-sister, Natalya Kalchenko; aunts, Janelle Burkhalter and husband, Waymon Burkhalter; and Carol Givan; cousins, Andrew White, Kerry White, Rebeka Pennington, Michael Patterson, and Shawn Patterson.
Guy attended Arlington Heights High School in Fort Worth and Tarleton State University. He was employed by various oil exploration companies and worked as a long-haul truck driver for over 20 years.
