Jesus Martin Velasquez, Jr., passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2020, in Temple, Texas.
He was born on September 16, 1963, in Stanford, Texas, to Jesus Velasquez, Sr., and Bertha Ybarra Velasquez. Jesus was a good, hardworking man, working for farmers and ranchers for most of his life. He loved the outdoors and was never happier than when fishing and hunting.
He is survived by five sisters: Teresa Gage, Virginia Morris, Onesima Rodriguez, Veronica Moran, and Ana Parmele; two brothers: Seferino Velasquez and Victor Velasquez; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
