Services for Louise, 87, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, June 4, 2020 at Greenwood Memorial Park in Fort Worth, Texas.
Louise was born in Talpa, Texas on July 16, 1932, to Jim and Opal Summers. She married Joseph Duvan Polk on May 7, 1950. He preceded her in death on March 14, 1998.
Louise was a member of Western Hills Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas.
Louise is survived by her son, Don Polk, and wife, Donna of Cresson, Texas; and grandchild, Natalie Polk of Cresson, Texas.
