Stephen Clayton Eldredge passed peacefully June 15, 2020. There will be a memorial service Thursday, June 18, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at the Lacy Funeral Home Chapel.
Steve was born in Denver, Colorado on December 4, 1948 to Clayton and Mary Helen (Rutledge) Eldredge. He married Mary Ann Ray on May 17, 1973, in Fort Worth, Texas.
Steve was an Army Captain during Vietnam. He loved the Lord, his country, his family, and hunting. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Steve is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Eldredge, of Stephenville; daughter, Dottie Peaton, of Stephenville; Gary Peaton, of Stephenville; grandchildren, Russell Freeman, William Freeman, Samuel LaQuey; sister, Mary Ann Parham of San Antonio; and several nieces and nephews.
