Services for Cody Lee Gibbs, 34, Asst. Superintendent for Lonestar Pipeline Contractors, Inc. will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday July 21, 2020, at the Erath County Cowboy Church with Werth Mayes officiating. Burial will follow at Simpson Cemetery in Eastland County. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. Monday, July 20, 2020 at Lacy Funeral Home.
Cody was born in Clifton, Texas on January 29, 1986 to Paul and Lee Ann (Olliff) Gibbs. He married Patricia Ann Drew on April 14, 2007, in Erath County.
Cody was a member of the Texas Labors Pipeline Union, and the Operators Pipeline Union.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann (Drew) Gibbs of Hico, TX; children, Caden and Brooklynn Gibbs of Hico, TX; maternal grandmother, Donna Sampson of Granbury, TX; brother, Toby Gibbs of Hico, TX; father and mother in law, Edward and Mary Drew of Stephenville, TX; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and his pipeline family.
