Tarleton partners with Athlete Network to engage former letterwinners

STEPHENVILLE – Tarleton Athletics has partnered with the world’s No. 1 engagement platform for current and former student-athletes, The Athlete Network.

“Fostering relationships with our athletic alumni is an extremely high priority,” said Assistant Athletic Director for Development Byron Anderson. “We are excited to introduce the Tarleton Athlete Network to our Tarleton Athletic Alumni and believe it will be the center point of the ability to build a lifelong connection to Tarleton Athletics. We look forward to working with the team at Athlete Network because their innovative technology is going to be a game changer for us.”

In addition to the Tarleton Athletics T-Club, the Tarleton Athlete Network provides opportunities for current and former student-athletes to stay engaged with the athletic department long after their final competition. The network grants access to robust and diverse services, mentorship programs, and career opportunities to keep former letterwinners informed and connected, as well as building deeper relationships and connections between former student-athletes and the athletics department.

Access includes a home for resources such as information on letterwinner events, student-athlete life skills resources, eligibility documents, sports calendars, coach’s updates, tickets, and more. It also allows former Texans a career center that gives easier access to companies and hiring managers who value the traits and characteristics they have developed throughout their experiences as athletes.

The Tarleton Athlete Network is available at no cost. Current and former student-athletes can sign up online TarletonSports.com by clicking the Tarleton Athlete Network on the Inside Athletics tab.

With the mission of helping athletes advance after their playing days through community, internships, and careers, Athlete Network began by partnering with companies and graduate schools to connect them more efficiently with this elite network of athletes that positively impact their goals and naturally fit into their organization’s culture. The goal of Athlete Network is simple, keep athletes competing by uniting them in an ecosystem built by athletes for athletes through connections, resources, mentoring, and careers.
