The Three Way Braves (3-7, 1-3) traveled up FM 2481 to Bluff Dale on Friday night to take on the Bobcats (1-8, 0-3). While the first half belonged mostly to the Braves, the Bobcats attempted a stand and roared back in the second half. However, the Braves held on and were able to come away with the victory, 32-30.
This leaves the Braves sitting in fourth place in 1A 6 Man 2 Region III District 11 and the Bobcats in fifth place in the same district. Both teams faced an uphill battle this season in a district with Strawn, Gordon and Gustine, who are 1, 2 and 3 in the district respectively.
