(July 12, 1977 – May 23, 2021)
Celinda Ann Morrow unexpectedly went to be with the Lord on May 23, 2021. She was born on July 12, 1977 in Dublin, Texas to her parents Walter Eugene, II and Carolyn Ann (Baugh) Whisenant. Celinda married her husband, Kevin Morrow, on January 18, 2003 and together they had two children, Ashleigh and Tyler Morrow. She was member of the Double N Cowboy Church in Dublin, Texas. Some might know Celinda by the name “Bubbles”, this is what her family, friends, and children of the community would call her. She gained that wonderful nickname when she was just a few hours old and would make bubbles with her mouth. She was known for her involvement in the Dublin community from coaching sports activities to attending everyday gatherings around town. Celinda was a devoted mother, daughter, and wife and was dedicated to her family. She never met a stranger and would go out of her way to make sure you knew you were loved but would not hesitate to share her honest thoughts and opinions. Celinda had the best sense of humor and was for sure the life of the party.
