The Stephenville Honeybees (26-10, 6-0) continue their hold on District 6, 4A, winning a close four-set match on Tuesday (25-15, 25-21, 23-25, 25-23) against the Glen Rose Lady Tigers (21-13, 3-3) at Gandy Gym.
After the first set, the Lady Tigers made it hard on the Bees, pushing the score in the second and winning the third set by two points. The Bees were able to finish the fourth and final set, but only just.
The Bees are on an eight-game winning streak and will look to continue that streak on the road in Lampasas tomorrow, October 22, as they face the Lady Badgers (12-26, 0-7).
