Margie Lee Hutton Wolfe, 100, was born June 5, 1921, in Fairy, Texas, and went home to be with the Lord on December 11, 2021. Ever keen in mind and spirit, she celebrated her 100th birthday on June 5th , 2021, surrounded by loved ones. She served her country in World War II through her work at Chance Vought, later Ling-Temco-Vought, as they produced aircraft that flew in World War II, Korea, and Vietnam. She retired in the late 1970s. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Wendell Wolfe, to whom she was married to for more than 50 years, her son Ronald Wolfe, her sister Jean Hutton Henderson, her brothers Paul and Billy Hutton. Margie is survived by her son Max H. Wolfe and four grandchildren, Michele Pace, Max Wolfe II, Mark Wolfe and Andrew Wolfe, along with 9 greatgrandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews: Anne Hutton Gruber, Andrea Henderson Padilla, Marjean Henderson Alexander, Christa Word, Richard Hutton, Vance “Bud” Hutton, Joshua Word, along with many other relatives and friends. Services 11:00am Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Harvest Hills Funeral Home, with burial at Fairy Cemetery.
