Frank Roland Burney, 85, passed away at his residence on March 26, 2022 in Dublin, TX. Frank was born on October 15, 1936 in Erath County, TX to his parents William Robert Burney and Stella Mae (White) Burney. He married Violet Mae (Gray) Burney. He was an auto mechanic who loved to fish, garden, and ride motorcycles.
Frank was proceeded in death by his wife Violet on January 15, 1992, his three brothers Alton, Robert, and JD Burney, and his two sisters Ruth Nichols and Helen Gilbreath.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Lola and Joel Kelton of May, TX, his daughter Dorothy Glovetsky of Springtown, TX, his son and daughter-in-law Frank and Jodi Burney, Jr. of Stephenville, TX, his grandchildren Jenny Malaer, Amy Winsett, Jessica Burney, and Keygan Burney, his great-grandchildren Bridgette Faries, Max Malaer, Blair Winsett, and Emily Winsett, his brother and sister-in-law Richard and Louise Burney of Dublin, TX, his sister Lucy Andrle of Stephenville, TX, and several other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.
Service will be held Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Harrell Memorial Chapel at 2 p.m.
Visitation will be held before the service on Thursday.
Interment will be at Lower Greens Creek Cemetery.
