Charles Guy Faulkner, 66, passed away on June 4, 2022 in Houston, TX. Charles was born on March 12, 1956 in Dublin, TX to his parents Lonnie Merle Faulkner and Patsy Ruth (Weems) Faulkner Harvey. He married Brenda Moran on July 7, 1990. Charles owned F & F Floor Super Store and attended the Highland Missionary Baptist Church. He was an active businessman in the Dublin community, past President of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, and he was involved with the Dublin Rodeo Heritage Museum. He was 34 years in recovery involved in numerous fellowships associated with that recovery. He loved to hunt, ride his motorcycle, boating, but most of all he loved his family. He would never turn down the opportunity to throw a big BBQ. He loved the Lord and his faith sustained him to the end.
Charles was proceeded in death by his mother Patsy, his father Lonnie, and his brother Jackie Faulkner.
He is survived by his wife Dr. Brenda Faulkner of Dublin, TX, his sons and daughters-in-law Kyle and Vanessa McKeon of Uvalde, TX and Charles Dalton and Jill Faulkner of Waco, TX, his grandsons Wyatt and Justuce, his brother and sister-in-law Lonnie “Buddy” and Sherry Faulkner of Grand Prairie, TX, his sister Patricia Turney of Dublin, TX, his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Kathy and Chris Coppinger of May Pearl, TX and Holly and David Sergant of Melissa, TX, his mother-in-law Wana Moran of Arlington, TX, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends that will miss him dearly.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 10 a.m. at the New Dublin Liveoak Cemetery.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 from 6-8 p.m. at the Harrell Funeral Home.
