PHOTOS: A final goodbye to Andrew Dean

Monday morning the Erath County community gathered with the family and friends of 21-year-old Andrew Dean to say a final goodbye to the young man who served as an Erath County Volunteer firefighter and EMT. Dean was killed in a motorcycle crash last week and the community came out to support Dean’s family and his firefighter/EMT community as the funeral procession traveled down US 377 to Dublin and back to the Erath County Volunteer Fire Rescue station in Stephenville.

These gentlemen from Hamilton EMS came to work a few hours here so the Erath County EMS crew who was on shift could attend the funeral and procession.  They are L to R: Tim Thompson, Andrew Roberts, and Jacob Sanford.  The Firefighter and EMS Community is a tight-knit group.
