The Stephenville Yellow Jackets (1-0) traveled to Midlothian on Friday, August 26, to face Midlothian Heritage Jaguars (0-1). While the Jackets were dominating in the first half, heading to the locker room with a 21-point lead, Heritage was able to come storming back in the fourth quarter. But the comeback wasn’t enough to overcome a strong Stephenville team. Final score, 49-42.
Stephenville faces the Everman Bulldogs (1-0) in Everman on Friday, September 2, at 7:30 p.m.
