The Dublin Lions (0-2) hosted the Albany Lions (2-0) on Friday, September 2, at the Bob and Norma Cervetto Field for the first home game of the season and it was a tough one. Albany was able to come out strong, scoring quickly and often and while the Dublin boys fought hard, it was enough to overcome the strong start by Albany. The Lions were defeated, 55-14.
The Lions will travel to Anson on Friday, September 9, to face the Tigers (0-2) at 7 p.m., and Dublin hopes to bring home the win.
