On Saturday, the First Blessings Free Shoe Event was held at Paradigm of First Baptist Church. The event was a huge success. Approximately 200 pairs of shoes were given to those in need. Area volunteers teamed up with an organization called First Blessing to make this happen. Guests were fed a breakfast as well as having access to new and free shoes. Guests also received Christian love along with Christian literature. A huge thank you goes out to the many, many volunteers that helped to make this event a huge success.
