Kathy Kasper Frank, 63, of Stephenville passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2023 in Fort Worth.
Kathy was born on March, 16, 1959 in Dallas to the late Ted and Eleanor Kasper, she grew up in Southlake, Texas and attended Carroll schools all 12 years. She played basketball and tennis. She attended Texas Tech for 4 years and worked in the travel industry. Kathy married Nick Frank on May 7, 1994 in Grapevine, Texas.
Kathy loved animals, especially dogs. She had a soft spot for pound puppies and adopted many dogs through the years. Kathy was a garage sale Queen, she loved haggling on the price of the items she chose. She and Nick loved to go on road trips.
Kathy is survived by her husband Nick; her step-daughter Angie Blevins and husband Cary; her step-son Chet Frank; step-grandchildren Garrett and Allie Blevins and Brandon Frank. She is also survived by her brothers, Dick Kasper and Gary Kasper and many nieces and nephews.
