First Baptist Church of Stephenville ordained 8 new deacons as servant leaders. These leaders serve people, promote unity, and solve problems. They care for widows, partner with Foster Children’s Home in feeding, and serve in Grace Place and other ministries that show the love of God to people in Stephenville.
FBC Pastor, Ken May, said, ” These gentlemen love the word and are willing to share it. They keep their eyes upon Jesus.”
The 8 new deacons are Billy Andrews, Blake Johnson, Mathew McClain, Bart Schuck, Colby Swearingen, J.W. Weiss, Brian Williams, and Trennon Young.
