The Stephenville Honeybees (7-0) are already rolling this season and will face the Godley Wildcats (5-2) Tuesday night at Gandy Gym at 6 p.m.

The Bees, who are ranked No. 1 in 4A according to the Texas Girls Coaches Association’s August 14 poll, have defeated Burleson, Needville, Carrollton Prince of Peace, Godley, No. 6 Wimberley and No. 9 Floresville. They have allowed only 2 points in 7 matches and brought home the first place trophy in the Tex-Fest Tournament this past weekend.

The Wildcats have already faced the Bees this year, in the Tex-Fest Tourney, and the Bees came out on top, 2-0. Godley has defeated Springtown, Peaster, Ingram Moore, Kyle Lehman and San Antonio East Central before losing to Stephenville and Blum, both during Tex-Fest.

The Bees will be looking to continue their streak while the Wildcats will be aiming for revenge.

Stephenville will face 6A El Paso Eastlake (3-3) on Thursday, August 17, at 2 p.m.
