Judy Carlene Nachtigall was one of a set of triplets, born November 17, 1948, in Coleman, Texas to parents Joe and Ella (Pitts) Brown, passed away in Stephenville, Texas October 12, 2023, with her husband of 45 years by her side. Judy was known as “Nana” by her family, loved fishing, hunting, and watching westerns. Judy also enjoyed cheering for the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys as well as drinking Dr. Pepper.
Preceding Judy were her parents, one brother Jay Brown, and one sister Doreen Whitaker.
Judy is survived by her husband of 45 years, Ronnie Nachtigall; children Ray Nachtigall and wife Jennifer, James Priddy, Joe Priddy, Paula Landry and husband Darren, Donella Long and husband Larry, Stephen Nachtigall and wife Candace, Bobby Priddy and Sally Tutor and husband Wesley. Judy is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; three sisters, Shirley, Betty, and Becky; one brother Pete.
Visitation 10am until Services at 12pm, Monday, October 16, 2023, at Harvest Hills Funeral Home, Hico, Texas, with Calvin Waldrop officiating. Burial to follow at Duffau Cemetery.
