Honeybee volleyball is headed back to the Regional Tournament in Lubbock

The No. 7 Stephenville Honeybees (33-5, 8-0) will face the No. 6 Canyon West Plains Wolves (40-7, 13-1) in the first match of the Regional Tournament this weekend.

The Bees are on an 11-game winning streak, including their recent defeat of the Springtown Lady Porcupines to claim the Regional Quarterfinals on Monday.

The Wolves, who beat Hereford in the Regional Quarterfinals, are on a 13-game winning streak and came out of the tough District 4 in second place behind No. 1 Canyon Randall (41-4, 13-1).

All rankings are from the Texas Girls’ Coaches’ Association as of Monday, Nov. 6, at 10 a.m. 

The Regional Tournament will take place this weekend at Frenship HS in Lubbock-Wolfforth. The Bees will take the court at 8 p.m. on Friday, November 10, for the Regional Semifinals against the Wolves.
