Jennifer Lynn Gilly Montieth, 49, of Denton, TX, passed away Monday December 11th, 2023 in Gainesville, TX. Jennifer was born March 19, 1974, to Gary Gilley and Martha Curry (Adams). Jennifer graduated from Stephenville High School in 1992 and earned her bachelor’s in social work administration from Tarleton State University in 1996.
Jennifer will be remembered by her daughter Ella Kaye Montieth of Stephenville, brother Greg Gilly and wife Chailleen of Georgetown, TX, sister Angela Smith-Cosme and husband Miguel of Savannah, GA, Uncle and Aunt, Duane and Lou Gilly of Haskel, TX, cousin Dalyn Griffith and husband Andy of Idalou, TX , cousin, Kim Miles and husband Deon of Abilene, TX, best friend, Kristi Evatt and husband Shane of Charlotte, NC, and nephews and niece -Chase, Rylan, Hunter, Jacob, Logan.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her mother Martha, father Gary, and grandparents Connis and Dorris Gilly.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Information will be provided by Jennifer’s daughter, via social media.
