Odessa – Peggy Geraldine Bradford, age 92, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2024, in Odessa, Texas. Her wishes were to be cremated. Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home, Stephenville, Texas.
She was born in Santa Anna, Texas, on December 21, 1931, to Walter Adams and Virgie (Harris) Adams. She married James Ollie Bradford in 1949 in Crane, Texas. He preceded her in death in 2018.
She was a member of the Hasse Baptist Church in Hasse, Texas, and a member of the Rebekah’s. She loved to crochet, was an excellent seamstress, enjoyed Country & Western dancing, was an avid reader, loved reading her Bible, and loved listening to Gospel and Country Western music.
Survivors include her daughters, Joetta Smith of Odessa, Texas, and Sharon Heath of Alvord, Texas; grandchildren, Shayna Mathews, Justin Heath, and Ashley Heath; and great-grandchildren, Rayven Manriquez, Draven Manriquez, Avary Heath, Kole Heath, and Castyn Heath. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Mathews in 1992.
