Services for Joy Felan, 65, school secretary, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at the First Baptist Church with Dr. Michael Moratto officiating assisted by Dr. Ken May. Burial will follow at West End Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at Lacy Funeral Home.
Joy was born in Ranger, Texas, on July 24, 1961, to Joe B. and Marjorie (Moon) Weekes. She married Alfred “Trey” Felan, III, on December 21, 1991, in Ranger, Texas.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church. Joy loved animals, gardening, watching sports, helping others, and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include her husband, Trey Felan of Stephenville, Texas; sister, Betty Jo Coleman of Wisconsin; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
