(January 22, 1987 – August 12, 2026)

Beloved son, father, brother, Uncle, grandson and friend to many, left this world to walk the streets of gold August 12, 2026

Andy was born in Waco, Texas. Andy was known for his compassion, unwavering generosity and kind spirit. He loved and forgave deeply and unconditionally. If you were cold, he would give you his coat, if you needed boots, he would give you his boots, if you needed something to wear, he would give you his clothes.

Andy’s love for his children, Noah and Izzy, never wavered, even during difficult times. He loved spending time with family and friends whether sitting around playing his guitar and singing songs he wrote or fishing, which most times, he would out fish us all. Family and friends will always remember his laughter, smile, generosity, loyalty to friends but most of all, he will be remembered for his kindred spirit

Andy’s relationship with God was fully intact before he left this world. Andy was working on furthering his education to become a Guidance Counselor, his life’s dream. Dreams have no expiration date, and Andy realized this! While Andy did not have the chance to further his education, it was something he always wanted in his heart. Because Andy was taken too soon, Jospeh Starr and Ann Marie Frustaci have begun working with Hamilton High School to establish The Andrew Starr Scholarship Award, to help a senior student further their education and keep Andy’s memory alive. It’s never too late.

Andrew Joseph Starr is survived by his children Noah Starr and Isabelle Starr of Georgetown Texas.
