STEPHENVILLE (May 3, 2016) — Ninth and 11th grade students are required to pass a physical examination before competing in UIL athletics, and Stephenville High School is offering the exam for free.
Stephenville ISD assistant athletic director and head athletic trainer Mike Carroll has assembled a team of local physicians and other medical professionals who will offer free physicals next Monday, May 9, at SHS.
The physicals will take place in the “Green Room” inside the Mike Copeland Athletic Complex adjacent to SHS. They are for boys and girls who will be ninth or 11th graders in the 2016-17 school year and begin at 6 p.m.
