ERATH COUNTY (March 23, 2015) — Erath County Commissioners approved several measures including minor budget amendments and line-item adjustments, as well as minutes from previous meetings and other housekeeping items during the regular meeting Monday.
Commissioners also approved the pushing of a fence row in Precinct 4. Commissioner Scot Jackson (Pct. 4) told the court that the fence row on County Road 161 is inhibiting drainage on the road and pushing the brush and other debris from the row would help preserve the roadway in the area.
Subdivision plats for both Spring Creek and Wildhorse Phase II were considered by the court. According to representatives, all paperwork and other items are in place for the platting of these subdivisions.
The commissioners then went into closed session to discuss personnel, litigation and other items.
