Lt. Col. Wendell Sadler (right), 19th Regiment Texas State Guard, was promoted by Col. Robert Hastings, 19th Regiment Commander, during a ceremony at the National Guard Armory in Stephenville, April 18. Lt. Col. Sadler is a professor in the Kinesiology Department at Tarleton State University and serves with the regiment in Dallas as an operations officer.
