COMANCHE—A celebration of life for Ty Cody Rhine, 23, will be held from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, at The Gathering Place in Comanche. Listen to his music, read some of the writings shared and enjoy being around the things, and people, Ty loved.

T.C. was born in Stephenville to John and Barbara Rhine. T.C. grew up in Sulphur Springs, Hart, El Campo, Thrall, Taylor, Comfort, Boerne, Gustine, May and Comanche.

T.C. never met a stranger and loved making friends. T.C. attended Texas Tech University and worked for Western Dairy Transport as a truck driver. T.C. was a writer on many fandom creative writing art sites known as, Coyote Caliente/Red Savage.

Ty Cody is survived by parents, John and Barbara Rhine of Comanche; two brothers, Ezekiel of May and Caleb of Comanche; grandparents, Tom and Becky Moyers of Energy and Art and Francis Rhine of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; multiple aunts, uncles and cousins; and his beloved German Shepard, Ozzie Rhine.
