Charles was born in Dallas, Texas on February 1, 1955 to Jim Youngblood and Sybil Nolen. He married Shelia Jo Brewer on June 25, 1973 in Duncanville, Texas.
Survivors include his wife; Shelia Youngblood of Granbury, his children; DeLana Jo McClain of Crowley, Edie Michelle Youngblood of Colorado, Charles Youngblood II of Granbury, 2 brothers; Phillip Youngblood of Willis Point, Texas, Jimmy Grimes of California, and 8 grandchildren.
