VISITATION: Family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Monday, December 28, at the funeral home.
BURIAL: Greenleaf Cemetery in Brown County.

Shirley Sue Lambert, age 73, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2015, in DeLeon, Texas.
She was born on November 3, 1942, in Brownwood, to D.B. and Susie J. (Hastings) Hibbs. She was united in marriage to Archie Lambert in Brownwood, Texas, on June 17, 1961. Shirley resided in the community since 1974. She became a social worker and worked at Western Hills Nursing Home for many years and was devoted to her family. She was a member of Liberty Free Will Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Archie Lambert of Comanche; son, Jeff Lambert and wife Lisa of Comanche; daughter, Teresa McGettes and husband Eddie of Comanche; three grandchildren: Lacey Patterson, Chris Lambert, Doug McGettes; six great-grandchildren; sister, Estelle Morgan of Vidor; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, D.B and Susie J. (Hastings) Hibbs; and four sisters, Leona Elms, Dorothy Mathney, Dean Robertson, and Evelyn Honeycut.
