Sam Kash born August 28, 1940 in Porum, Oklahoma to parents Alexander and Grace (Boston) Kash, passed away in Hico, Texas on February 4, 2017. Sam also known as “Pappa Sam” loved being outdoors, farming, his animals and going to his “office” at Rangler’s drinking coffee. Sam was a Boy Scout Leader and a member of the Rodeo Club. Sam was preceded in death by his parents, wife Will Ann Kash, and grandson Alexander A. Kash. Surviving Sam are wife Letricia Young Kash, two sons; Tracy Lynn Kash, Kevin Sean Kash, one daughter; Kathy June Coan. Also surviving Sam are nine grandchildren, one great grandson, one great- great grandson, and a host of extended family members and friends.
Service Information
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, February 7, at 10 a.m. in the Duffau Cemetery.
