STEPHENVILLE (April 3, 2018) — Theatre at Tarleton presents Jean-Paul Sartre’s “No Exit” at 7:30 p.m. nightly April 10 through 14 in the Clyde Wells Fine Arts Center on the Stephenville campus.

The play, featuring Sartre’s iconic line “Hell is other people,” is about three souls escorted to Hell and locked inside by a mysterious valet.  Freshman theater major Caleb Badgley plays the valet.

She refuses to believe that they have all ended up in the room by accident and soon realizes that they have been placed together to make each other miserable. She ultimately deduces that they are to be one another’s torturers.Prudence Jones, associate professor of theater, directs; Carol Stavish, associate professor of theater, is scenic director; senior Jesus Rodriguez is stage manager; and senior Cedric Kimble-Thomas, is lighting designer.
