A 35-year-old
Joey Lynn Perez has ties to both Erath and Comanche counties and his booking history at the Erath County jail began August 14, 2017, when he was booked on charges of possession of marijuana and failure to identify and giving false information.
Three days later Perez was arrested on multiple charges including sexual assault of a child, theft of material <$20,000, theft by check, forgery and more.
Records show Perez was released on bonds totaling $13,500 on Oct. 26, 2018, and he was arrested on warrants stemming out of Comanche County on March 1, 2019, and faces three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and two counts of indecency with a child sexual contact.
Perez’s new bonds on the five latest charges total $80,000. His booking history is below.
Where do worms like this guy come from? It used to be in Stephenville (and all of Texas excpet maybe Dallas) took care of people like this the FIRST time around – not let them out on bail so they could re-offend. Truly, some people just take up breathing room and should be literally erased from our memories.
