Daniel Luna pitched a complete game two-hitter while striking out and even dozen batters and allowed one unearned run as Stephenville rallied for a 2-1 win against Glen Rose at home Friday on Senior Night.

The 18-7-1 (3-4) Yellow Jackets appear they will finish fourth in District 7-4A behind Brownwood, Glen Rose and Godley. Stephenville lost tight games as the Jackets suffered through some missed calls that could have tilted the scales in their favor.

Against 17-9 (5-3) Glen Rose, all the scoring happened in the fourth inning as the Tigers got on base via a walk and turned a wild pitch into a run to lead 1-0.
The Jackets rebounded with hits with a run-scoring single from Trevor Easter and a sacrifice fly from Tyeler Reed. Luna was the only other Jacket to knab a hit.
The Jackets were patient at the plate with Trevor Morrison, Cody Storrs, Derrick Gifford, Luna and Reed all drawing a walk each.
