FUNERAL SERVICES:  3:00 P.M. Saturday, August 24, 2019, at Board Baptist Church in Comanche County.

BURIAL:  Baggett Creek Cemetery in Comanche County.

VISITATION:  2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Saturday, August 24, at Board Baptist Church.

LUNCH: Lunch for the family will be at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, August 24.

Pauline (Harper) Moore, age 90, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2019, in De Leon, Texas.

Pauline was born on October 14, 1928, in Throckmorton County, Texas, to Ira O. and Jose Phine (Kite) Harper.  She attended school in Aspermont, graduating from Aspermont High School. On August 31, 1947, she was united in marriage to Donald W. Moore in Gustine, Texas.  He preceded her in death on September 8, 2010.  Pauline was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She was an excellent homemaker and seamstress, an avid quilter, a fantastic cook, and was famous for her delicious candies.  She loved gardening, canning the vegetables she grew, and making jellies.  She was involved in Gustine Senior Citizens, where she loved playing 42, and for many years was Treasurer for Board Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Pettit and husband Bill of Gustine; granddaughters, Melissa Gilbert of Coppell, Kelli Knox-Thompson and husband Brett of Aledo, and Belinda Lee and fiancé Scott Shaha of Burleson; great-grandchildren, William Cameron Gilbert of Dallas, Raygen Lee of Burleson, Madison Gilbert of Coppell, and Kenneth Colby Knox of Aledo; step-great-grandchildren: Sabrina and Anthony Gilbert, Hadley and Emery Thompson, and Parker and Jackson Shaha; six great-great-step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by grandsons-in-law, Charles Kenneth Knox and Perry Gilbert; brothers, Pat Harper and Lawrence Harper; and sister, Eunice Harper Bigelow.
