She was a beloved wife, mother, mother-in-law, granny and great granny. She loved her family, but also her church family. She was very involved with all aspects of FUMC of Iredell.

Her hobbies were reading, feeding her animals (especially the birds) & helping Nolan around the farm after retiring. Her family was the light of her life. She loved Jamey and Roy with all her heart, but when Jack came along her heart belonged to him! Many of her activities outside her home included the Historical Society, the Red Hats, United Methodist Women, & Retired Teacher Association.
