Charles “Chuck” Erwin, Jr., born January 22, 1947 in Coral Gables, Florida, to parents Charles and Winifred (Shepard) Erwin, passed away in Fort Worth, Texas on September 12, 2022 at age 75.
Chuck loved his wife and family, hunting and fishing, working on cars, working his ranch, and spent his lifetime working in the oil and gas fields. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee (UW) with a Bachelor’s degree in Geology, then received his Masters from the University of Texas in Dallas. Chuck was very well respected in the oil and gas industry, to which he dedicated 40 plus years of his career and life to.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents.
Surviving Chuck are his wife, Deniece Erwin; children, Adrianne Erwin and spouse Jan Stoutimore, and Zach Erwin and spouse Sadina; and grandchildren, Charles Erwin and Wesley Erwin.
Visitation 10- 11am Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Harvest Hills Funeral Home in Hico, Texas, followed by a Graveside service at 11:30am at Hico Cemetery.
