Services for Karen Dannice Grozier, 64, retired bookkeeper, will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at Early First Baptist Church with Rev. Bo Faulkner and Rev. Steve Faulkner officiating. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. Monday, October 31, 2022, at Lacy Funeral Home. There will also be time for visitation at Early First Baptist Church on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, from 11:00 A.M.- 1:00 P.M. prior to the funeral service.
Karen was born in Cleburne, Texas on October 12, 1958, to Doyle and Elsie (Driskell) Dansbee. She married Michael Jay Feemster on August 18, 1977, in Early, Texas. He preceded her in death on August 26, 1984, she remarried on May 29, 2017, to Terry Grozier in Brownwood, Texas.
Karen was a member of the Early First Baptist Church.
Karen is survived by her husband, Terry Grozier of Lipan, Texas; her mother, Elsie Dansbee of Early, Texas; her son, Daniel Feemster and his wife Renee of Stephenville, Texas; 4 grandchildren, Chad Browning of Stephenville, Texas, Emma Bishop of Stephenville, Texas, Christian Williams-Feemster of Stephenville, Texas, and Hayden Feemster of Stephenville, Texas; sisters, Pam McCullough and husband Ronald of Early, Texas, and Jan Coffey and husband Michael Schlee of Corpus Christi, Texas; 1 niece, several nephews, numerous cousins, multiple great nieces and great nephews and numerous friends and extended family.
