STEPHENVILLE — The 2023 Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition at Tarleton State University opens Wednesday, March 22, at the Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center Gallery.
In its ninth year, the show features some of the best creative work of students enrolled in the studio art and digital media studies programs in the Department of Visual Arts and Design.
This year’s juror is Michelle Thomas Richardson, the university’s current Artist-in-Residence and the Public Art Project Manager with Arts Fort Worth.
The exhibition is free and will remain up through Tuesday, April 4. It will shift to the Cross Timbers Fine Arts Gallery in downtown Stephenville, April 1-27.
Participating artists are Bethany Adcock, Cadence Argumaniz, Mia Carr, Katie Chambliss, Chris Carter, Joseph DuFrain, Michelle Foster, Alicia German, Jade Hernandez, Alyssa Hurst, Autumn Jordan, Madelyn McKenzie, Alexandra Mendoza, Leslie Moore, Jillian Nemec, Hannah Nowak, Jasmin Patterson, Josephine Peña, Emily Pyles, Victoria Radke, Skylar Ronalder, Carly Speck, Caleb Spenrath, Colt Thomas, Lance Weik and Cassidy Young.
