Kenneth Carl Haggard, born March 30, 1940, in Wichita Falls, Texas to parents Eugene and Jewel (Kinney) Haggard, passed away in Dawson, Texas March 16, 2023, at age 82. Kenneth was a graduate of Iredell High School class of 1958. Kenneth was known by many nicknames to his family and friends, Daddy, Pops, Paw Paw, Hag, Haggard, Kenny Baby. He loved piddling around, taking care of cows, listening to classic country music, fishing, and telling stories. He was the best storyteller ever.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his father Eugene Haggard; mother and step father Jewel Bullard and Lloyd Bullard; son Travis Haggard; sister Norma Bullard Pogue and brother Gene Haggard.
Surviving Kenneth are wife Barbara Haggard of Dawson, Texas; children Kenneth Lloyd Haggard, Shawn Haggard, Carrie Campbell, Ashley Clark; sister Kathy Haggard King; 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Graveside services 1pm, Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Hico, Cemetery.
