William Price “Bill” Holloway passed away April 10, 2023, at his home in Stephenville, Texas. He was born September 29, 1943, in Durant, Oklahoma to the late Ed and Modene Holloway. He was also preceded in death by his sister Ann Holloway Hardage. He married Joyce Patton on July 26, 1971.
His career was in law enforcement. He received degrees in Criminology from The University of Texas at Arlington and Sam Houston University. He worked for Arlington P.D., Stephenville P.D., and Erath Co. Sherriff’s Office as Chief Deputy under Sherriff Coffee.
The last year of his career he taught Criminal Justice at Tarleton State University.
There will be no services at his request. To remember Bill, go outside, enjoy the great outdoors, go fishing, watch the sunset. He is loved and will be missed by many relatives and friends.
