Wesley Paul Latham, born June 15, 1940, in Dallas, Texas to parents James Latham, Jr. and Frieda (Flanagan) Latham, passed away in Athens, Texas April 13, 2023. Wesley, known as Paul to family and friends, was always there when someone needed a helping hand or a ride to town.
Wesley was preceded in death by his parents and brother Johnny Gwen Latham.
Paul is survived by wife Janie Cowen Latham of Ben Wheeler, Texas, son Kenneth Latham of Gunbarrel City, Texas; stepdaughter Cindy Knight of Ben Wheeler, Texas; brothers James A. “Buster” Latham and wife Hazel of Hico, Texas, David Latham of Ben Wheeler, Texas and Gene Latham of Ben Wheeler, Texas.
Paul is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside Services 1pm, April 14, 2023 at Hico Cemetery.
