On Sunday, April 16th, area music fans were treated to another edition of the Pickers & Poets music series at the Chapel on the Bosque in Stephenville. The two guest musicians that joined local Craig Clifford for a very entertaining song swap were Bob Livingston and Craig Hillis. These two men were both members of the popular band, The Lost Gonzo Band. Over the years, The Lost Gonzo Band had many well-known musicians as guests or members including Jerry Jeff Walker, Gary P. Nunn, Michael Martin Murphey, Ray Wylie Hubbard, and Lloyd Maines.
Craig Clifford announced that there are four shows set up for the fall installment of the 2023 Pickers & Poets Music Series. They are:
September 3: Walt Wilkins
October 8: Susan Gibson
November 12: Shake Russell
December 3: Mandy Rowden
